I have tuned the 255's with the PC5. The PC5 does allow timing adjustments. It allows you to adjust the fuel. I am not a huge fan of this tuner because there is better ones out there that aren't piggy backs. BUT I have no idea why this cam that you already have can't be tuned with the tuner you already have.
If you got money burning a hole in your pocket. It would be better spent finding a good dyno tuner and spending it with him. No offense meant but it doesn't seem like you are set up the best to deal with it.

IIRC, the PCV does not allow timing adjustments unless the PCV has the built in ignition module, which I would bet the OP doesn't have. Totally agree with replacing the piggy back unit with a flash tuner..... FM's suggestion to ditch the cams was disappointing but maybe the map they sent will improve things for the OP.
