This bike is too fast for me, and I am not familiar with these big HP needs and issues so I am out. Good luck with this 7,000 rpm plus rocket....

Just curious, does it fall on it's face only after running 7000 in 1 & 2? Can you shift at say 3000 out of 1 & 2 and then will it pull in 3 up to 7000 or does it still fall flat?

Would the problem show up on dyno?

Check your bowl vent on your carb, you are sucking bowl dry. First and second your fuel delivery is fine but after 30 seconds of high rpm your engine sucked all the fuel out of the bowl causing a vacuum, the fuel can't flow in fast enough. Why is it so hard to believe a Harley will spin 7,000 rpms? That is where my rev limiter is set, modified engine of course
