I just put down a deposit for a 107 build from Pure Powersports. I need some help deciding on what cam to use. I can choose from Fueling, Zipper, Andrews or S&S cams. CR will be 10.25 or 10.5. I might also go with their stage 2 heads. I ride mostly 1 up, 2up occasionally. Looking for something with some good low end torque that wont fall off to early. Bike is 2014 Ultra Classic. Thanks
I don't have experience with it, but like the looks of the S&S 570. It should make a good bagger cam at 10.25 or so CR. Whatever you choose, my suggestion is to make sure the intake valve closes at or before approximately 40° to ensure the torque comes on early.
Your pipe will have a big impact on this as well.
I run TMan 625 cams (41° int close) in my all bore 107. It has a broad, flat torque curve that comes on nice and early. I love it.

Based on your intended use, what did Pure Powersports recommend?
I'm also planning a 107 upgrade for my RKC and have about the same requirements as you, mostly 1 up with good bottom end and enough top end to keep it interesting. My plan is a 10.25CR Fuel Moto 107 with stock heads, this will match up nicely with the Wood 555 cam that I had installed earlier this summer.

S&S .570,I'm hoping your planning on some headwork too.

They recommended the reaper 574 Im also getting a set of there heads to go with it at 10.5 cr. They have some nice charts on their facebook page with that set up. Im still up in the air about the cam.

Go to the tech forum and search cycleRama 570 or 575 cams. Super impressive curves on the dyno sheets. Shaffer performance is a place that uses a lot of those cams and I think he is up there by you. Darren is the guys name and I messaged him frequently with questions and he gave me answers from his experience with those cams. Basically why I choose the CR 575.
His dyno sheets that he posts are some of the smoothest flattest lines I have ever seen
I have a 107 kit with heads cam tbody pistons and barrels all new if anyone is looking i am buying a FXR and will put the $$ into it
Maybe you have already but try posting this in the classifieds for better luck. While you're at it send me some photos of the kit just in case I'm interested
