Although the Reaper cam would be an improvement over the SE cam the late closing intake @43* would bleed off a lot of that 9.6 compression motor leaving your ccp@177 psi and dynamic comp@8.71:1 and an LSA of 108..... Not only that you say your riding style is 2500-3600 this cam will not perform as well as you might think in that range...
An Andrews 48H would be a much better choice with the 29* ivc while maintaining 189 psi ccp and dynamic comp at 9.18:1 with an LSA of 101 which would indicate more torque to the left side of the curve....
My vote would be for the S&S TC3 plate and pump, if you feel you need to replace them, stock plate and pump are perfectly capable to do the job. I like the extra scavenging stage of the S&S and the Thayer pumps. As far as I know they are the only 3 stage pumps for the twincam.
My cam choice would be the CR570-2, IMO it puts the torque right where you ride
I would also find FlaHeatWave's thread on his experience with Fueling, found similar stories as well when researching plates and pumps
I just did my cam chest update this winter, 2012 FLHTK with 50’xxx miles on it. I very rarely get over 4 Grand.
I put in the Feuling oem+ cam plate and pump, tts 100 cams, S&S premium lifters. I went that route based on the performance manager at my dealer, they build a good number of high performance bikes so we’ll see what happens. Maybe they just have a bigger markup on there products! I looked around and didn’t find any issues with the feuling products but maybe I did look deep enough! I bought the parts from the dealer so I’d have some recourse if I had problems down the road.
I did the work myself and the bike is getting turned on the 30th, using a tts MasterTune, I bought the parts at Faribault HD and having them do the dyno too.
Would someone please put up a link to the feuling cam plate issues others have had so I can keep a watchful eye out for any issues.

My thinking is if you look, you'll find issues with just about every product on the planet. That's just the way it is - there are far more complaints published then accolades. If something works, it works. More often then not it doesn't get mentioned. If it doesn't work, or it breaks, that's when ppl post about it...
