Default 1993 FXR sp con won't start

Use bike for commute to work for a week, went to Bike Fest on Friday night and returned Saturday night with spins did maybe 230 miles.
Sunday morning went to start her and sounded like the battery was dead with eventual clicking from starter, push started and rode the 30 miles home but same story on the Monday - getting battery checked tomorrow and will check wiring for bad connection over the weekend.
Just wondering is there anything else to check before ripping the starter out please?

You should go over to the Evo Classics section and go through the "Sticky" on "charging systems" Having a manual would help as well...

If it actually cranked over I'd start with battery performance, then the connections of all the large cables. Chances are it's one of those two.

Thank you, cleaned all and jump started her this morning, she started on the button after I pulled in for fuel and also later when I was putting her into my garage, might be in luck.
