would they fit? yes, will they run better, maybe not. for the going price of a street port job from Kirby or big boyz, you'd probably be better of having your heads done.

Doesn't the "SE CNC" mean that it's a later model head? Flow on them was about 240@28 on the intake. I would take them over BB (seen them not flow as well).

the older SE CNC ported heads were the mid level heads, in between the base SE head and the HTCC ported heads that required the matching pistons due to the combustion chamber re-shaping, if I rememebr correctly from my time at the dealer before the 96 inch stuff came out. if they are the basic SE heads from that era, they are decked a little for compression and mildly reshaped. I still think the Kirby's street port would work better. you will need to double check the chamber cc and the combustion chamber shape too make sure whether or not you will have to get different pistons also.

You are right these are likely HTCC CNC heads. There were for mainly 95 ci (bored 88 ci) motors If going with these, I'd send them to axtel that can come up with tapered squish pistons and recut the chambers to match. They were known for cracking between the exhaust port and the plug hole. Still they they don't flow too bad if OK. At that point it is likely easier to port the stock heads, be it prodrag, hillside or WFO Larry.

these respond very well to porting, dosnt really take a whole lot either.like a lot of heads, not so good right out of the box,but very nice results if you know where to "tweek" them.BTW,they will fit,you will only need to change to late flanges

Don't confuse our street port headwork with BB street port, night & day difference.1.900/1.630 AV&V valves vs OEM valves, aprox 230 cfm vs 255 to 265 cfm.SERDI valve job vs OEM seats.

Not sure if they have upgraded springs or not but I know the 96 valve springs are better than the 88's when comparing stock to stock.
