onto the Crane 10530. Here is an exploded view

main body oil hole. .100"

internal plunger, oil hole .092"

bottom view of pushrod cup. this one measured .078", but could potentially be enlarged

metering disk in place in plunger

pushrod cup sitting in the plunger

axles on these are swaged in, and not going anywhere. No chance for a c clip to break and screw your case

roller axle is slightly smaller diameter, and as such the rollers are further inside the lifter body.

Good to know that you can't use C lifter parts.

interesting. I hadn't seen those. However they do not include the pressed in metal parts. If you screw those up removing, it could get interesting. The feuling though had the metal internals and cost 25 bucks. Since they are installed, we will see how they last.
