I was thinking about putting this on my 15 Street Glide Special. I looked up the installation instructions. Do you really have to remove the gas tank to install this? Thanks.
You can just take the bolts out of the tank and lift it up a little to get the bracket bolts out. I tried without and could not, but I have some stubby sausage fingers.
