Andrews 48H would work well.

The S&S MR 103 cams are a good choice for what you're looking for. Over 100 ft/lb from approx 2300 rpm out to just over 5000. S&S designed these cams specifically for the stock compression, stock head 103 as bolt in cams.
FWIW, if you're planning on getting a dyno tune, talk to whoever you are using for recommendations. Different shops it seems like certain brands/types of cams for whatever reason wether it be their experience/results with those brand, or, maybe they are distributor for a certain brand. It can make things easier as i'm finding out. 1 shop says the cams are a terrible choice & a PITA to tune, while other shops recommend & install them frequently with great results, claiming they are very easy to tune.Again, it's based their experience & results.

Why not look at dyno charts in the dyno section of this forum and look for charts of Stage I 103" configurations running various cams and compare results?

I just did a quick comparison of all 103" dyno charts on HTT; 88 charts in total but I was specifically looking for charts with Andrews 48 and S&S MR-103 cams; interesting results. Of the 88 charts 43 were a mix of various cams, i.e., TMan, Woods, Sachs, TTS, Fueling, Dragos, GMR, Kuryakyn, DME, Crane, Comp Cams, JWP and SE cams; Tman and Woods accounted for about half of those 43 charts but the same cam profile was not repeated often; IAW, one particular TMan or Woods cam did not stand out, different profiles.
There was not a single 103 chart using the S&S MR-103 cams but there were 7 charts of S&S cams; one 551, four 570 and two 585 charts.
There were 5 Andrews 48 charts.
There were 12 Andrews 57 charts.
There were 6 Andrews 54 charts.
There were 15 Cyclerama charts, most the 570-2 with four 575 charts and one 595 chart.

I know the survey in anecdotal but based on the results, Cyclerama would be the winner, Andrews probably #2 based on numbers only and the S&S MR-103 was an no show. That doesn't make any of the other cams bad choices; like I said the survey was anecdotal and to be fair, I would have to go back and look at the Woods and TMan cams again to see if one particular profile had the numbers the Cyclerama and Andrews put up but many of the Woods and TMan charts used were based on different profiles. For instance TMans 577, 590, 555 were used on about 9 charts; each cam was repeated 3 times. Same with Woods, the 222 and the 777 being used about equally but the TW 8 was also in the mix.

Just for reference; CR 570-2 cams deliver a very flat torque curve with plenty of off idle torque.

Definetly looks like good power from those cams & would be a good choice. I wasn't claiming tho that 1,or,the other is better. You had mentioned that there was no info on the MR 103's in the files,so,i thought I would post what I had just so that it was available if he wanted to look into it. If I had to choose again,I would definetly consider those Cyclerama 570 cams.

The dyno starts at ~ 2300 so the off idle area isn't shown and the graph is very compressed which will change the looks compared to ones that are not so compressed. The results of 92 Hp and 118 Tq are in the expected range for a nice bolt in cam with exhaust and Air cleaner, there are many that will get you those results. The main thing is if your happy that's all that matters.
