Engine builder recommendations in NY

I’m looking for a reputable engine builder in NY or surrounding area. I’m located in Northern NY and I’m looking for someone to a complete tear down and rebuild. I had a rebuild done buy a “reputable mechanic” and it blew less than 10k miles later so I’m looking for a reputable engine builder to do a complete tear down and build.

I believe that Hillside with the thousands of bui.ds they have performed would be #1 on the list here... Not saying other builders couldn’t do the job but Scott has the results to back it up right here.
