Default T/C 103 Max bore?

What's the max that a stock T/C 103 jug can be bored out to?

110 but not by boring your own, have to buy the cylinders & pistons from S&S or H.D.

But he DID specify the stock 103" jug. Max bore is, I believe, 3.938", which is a bit less than 107".

I'm pretty sure there are vendors on the forum who can bore your jugs and supply pistons for them quite a bit more cheaply than the 110" kit would cost. Maybe some of them will ring in with some estimates for you.

Yes he DID but it's good to have options, just letting him know he can indeed go bigger than 107.
I wouldn't, I'm more than happy with my strong 106 but different people want different things

Bore to 107" will be quite a bit less than the 110 jugs.

Personally, save the money for those 3 inches.

Our #HMM1070 107" Big Bore Kits, boring the OE cylinder, with a complete Cometic top end gasket set, ring end gaps set, and installed, in either flat top, or 6cc domes, are still only $675.00!
Not made in China.
