Default Motor to far back



I was wondering if anyone has ever had this problem? My motor is sitting to far back and the rear rocker cover is up against the frame. I loosened up the front mount put a strap around the motor and pulled it forward started it to let it settle in tightened everything up still having the same problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Looks like a custom bike problem. Someone put a motor in a frame it was not designed for. No simple fix! Is there enough room on the frame mounts to oval out the holes and slide it forward?

Did you do some motor work ? Stroker? May be too tall...

That or the cleve blocks in the swingarm are really gone to **** along with the front motor mount.

It's a 1985 FXRT frame with a late style Evo 80" (1340).

No took one out that had some problems and put this rebuilt one back in. Just stock
