I was told the fat cat perforated was the boarzilla baffle .. please correct me if that's wrong?
We did not put a clutch in it he just added plates.. the only time I feel this dip is in high speeds . 5th gear mainly.. could this be the clutch slipping? Should get the afr and timing reports from Dyno run in the next couple days.. thanks everyone for your input.. much appreciated..
I agree with marcodarq, clutch slippage could be an issue. Looking at the squiggly lines as power increases and the fall off between 3500-4500 where power peaks makes it an issue to be looked, particularly if the clutch is OEM. I have see OEM clutch slippage in 95"/98" motors with much less power.

It was stock clutch with this clutch plate kit... He said it would be enough.. 1131-1806 kit
Part throttle in high gear won’t expose a clutch slip. Are you WOT in 5th when you feel it? Weak clutches slip then catch they don’t slip steady through 1000+ rpms.
not so much a clutch plate issue as a clutch spring issue. if the spring cant hold it together at the torque peak, thats all there is too it. that is why i wanted to see the afr at the point where the dip is. if afr and timing are good it's not tune but something else mechanical. such as clutch belt skip traction loss on drum etc.

yes only when I go wot will I really feel the difference.. it just didn't seem to pull even close in that rpm range

He wasn't in the shop today he will send them tomorrow.. this bike pulls hard .. so it's very noticeable.. knowing that dip was on the chart.. I ran it to 3500 and went wot and it doesn't pull.. more like a gradual speed increase.. then pulls for a sec again after 4500 .. you can feel it stuttering.. hopefully it's just in the tune .. I was trying to find out if that clutch plate kit will hold the torque.. some have said only up to 130 to 135 until they go full clutch replacement.. but I can't find any real limits on the kit..
