Hi Chuddleston - I was very lucky, yeah! finally got her all back together just over a week ago now. Fired her up last Sunday, and very pleased to say that after 2 or 3 goes, she started up beautifully. after a minute or two, the ticking died down... I'm assuming that was the oil circulating for the first time... and i took her out for a 50 mile run. Sounds much better, and maybe just me but it feels smoother too? needless to say, i'm happy!
I didnt opt for extra power or anything... i was just happy to get her running again tbh... sounds like you've got a good'un there!
