Unless you regularly crank that bagger up to to 6000+, go with the 570s. At 10:1 you'll be golden. 2800 to 5700 but still pulls decent at 2200.
I'm running them in a stock 103 at 9.7:1 and my ccp is 190psi.
Go look at the 103 cam shoot FM did on the 570s. Then look at the 585s. It's pretty much spot on. Forget the speculation here. I get 95ft.lbs @ 2200 rpm at 9.7 which is pretty much what FM got in 103 at 9.7 then start to pull from there around 2800. More like 3000rpm in a 103. Max torque from around 3800 to 4400rpm. 105 to 110ish ft.lbs. As always, your exhaust plays a key role in exactly where and how much. Even more so with the 40° overlap of the 570s.
In a 98" at 10.1 it could hardly get any better.
