That e pipe that fuel Moto has, liked said above is stepped and that can make a difference when your at 120+ hp

That dip in torque at 2500rpm is because of the D&D pipe not playing well with the overlap of the 585s. As I recall, the E series pipe also suffers from the same low end reversion. The supertrapp, depending on configuration, can be just as bad and/or further up the rpm range.
When running cams like the 585s, choose your exhaust wisely. It plays a key role in power, or lack of it, depending on how it plays with overlap. 777s too. It can make or break a build.

The intake closing of that Wood 777 will not like that 11.0 cr(?) that the engine is currently at.
At 11.0 a Wood TW-9B would be a better choice, as an example, IF the heads are set to handle those.
T-Man offers a couple cams that would push up the torque also.

thanks everyone. I'll ride it like it is for awhile. Before I make any changes if any. I am beginning to get used to the louidness.

Ear plugs/inserts work great but I don't wear them because of pipe noise even though I have a FatCat and an open end no plates Supertrapp.. I wear them because of the wind noise.. And don't worry about the dip.. You really don't ride in that range (2500 and under)....
