So I think I'm going to order up a full air/intake/exhaust system. I'm going to do the fuel moto tuner, probably a Roland Sands air cleaner, I already have baffle less slip-on's from RC Componets. My question is the header pipe, do the power duals from kuryakyn or V&H (x type crossover) work better than the true duals (completely individual pipes) for power and performance???
I'm hoping doing this will get me 20-25hp increase. After this mod, I may go upgrade the cams, gears and pushrods. And maybe SE ported and polished heads. I really don't want to go into the motor but I would like around 100hp out of the bike.

A two into one header or a two into one into two X-style header will outperform a true dual system every time on low end torque on the same bike.
A stage one is going to get you maybe 7-10 HP. Maybe a tad more depending upon the tune you use in that Power Vision.
Fuel Moto and Fulsac both make fine 2-1-2 headers. Check them out before you pull the trigger.
Sounds like a good start, however to achieve your numbers you WILL NEED to do some motor work. There is a lot of info on true duals vs crossover pipes on the forum. Good luck.
Get an exhaust, intake and tuner that will accommodate your future engine mods. And buy engine components that are matched to work together. When you're trying to obtain triple digits, you do get what you pay for...

Torque is what you feel when you twist the throttle, so that is the number I would look to improve.
A good 2-1 and 2-1-2 (like the Fuel Moto) will always give more power (torque) than True Duals.
Below is a typical good Stage 1 upgrade, but with True Duals instead of 2-1-2 headers. The increase would have been even more with 2-1-2 or 2-1 headers.
A 16% increase in the RPM's where most riding is done is pretty significant.
I just did cams, exhaust and intake on my 06 Electra Glide. I'm about 1600 kms(1000 mi) in , and I love it .
I went with an S&S gear drive swap with 510 cams, S&S tru duals, with SPO mufflers, and an S&S intake. I don't know( or care deeply) how much HP I got, but it really fattened up the torque curve , and made this thing a pleasure to ride. No more jerking in low speed traffic, slight inclines without dropping gears, and passing trucks has become a blast. Not to mention the sound is just what a was looking for , a deep rumble , without being obnoxious.

Yea. Putting cams in really gives the bike a better low end rumble. Makes the bike sound better. I may go with a set up similar to yours. I really don't want to split the motor open for reliability reasons.
