@Ciddvicious looks like a complete tear down is on the way and who knows what else.. I'm thinking maybe it's time you should start your own thread.. Not trying to be mean but you did hijack @Ropestringer ..

Yeah. I felt around top of piston, seems to have valve relief..I'll pull heads tonight..

You can swap cam gears without a press, if you have a freezer and an oven that is. Last time I did mine I sat the gear on a gas camping stove until it was "spit fizzle hot" and left the cam in the freezer for a few hours. then lined it up and dropped it in, smacked it fully home with a bronze hammer.

It's okay, can only do short half hour 40 minute rides, it's too much pain. Plus the weather's been really s***** lately..
