Be patient... Not a lot of supporters here like to jump to a NEW member. I would start with the CPS in the cam nose cone.. See if there is brown goo dripping out and down the wiring... Do you have a FSM???
Have done that and nothing is going on with that have replaced the coil and gone through all the wiring only thing I haven't done yet is replace the ignition switch
What carb is it running and other modifications have been made to the bike?
I'd manually check the ignition timing to be sure it's not too retarded. Then look at the plugs to see if it looks like a lean condition based on plug color. If they looks like it's running lean, check for intake leaks and then carb or fuel starvation problems. If it's really lean, you should notice other running problems as well, like hesitation before fully warmed up, fast idle speed etc.
If you choke it after it dies, does it start and run for a little while? An when it starts to act like it's "hot" are there any other running problems, like sluggish throttle response, surging, pinging etc?
I gave the benefit of doubt to you about the Evo.. last year for the Evo in the Fatboy and FXR's was indeed 99 but all the other big twins in 99 we're the TC88..
