There is also Quicktime Motorsports, 636-441-2453, in St. Peters, MO. Rudy is well known for both his builds and dyno work

Based on this generous wager I'm going to have to up expectations on my own 107 build, B motor and all, to 128.2 torque / 124.4 hp. Battle of the Tman 590s/Vee-Twin Racing vs. Woods 777s/Hillside Cycles.

60Gunner, I will be shocked if mine puts out quite that much power. I was figuring I would be in the 115hp/120 torque area. I am running the stock (not ported) 50 mm throttle body and stock injectors. I'm sure the throttle body size might cost me a bit up high? Also have no idea if it will run out of injector or not? My research shows the stock throttle body and injectors should be adequate, but we will see. I'm also running the extra baffle in my Fuel Moto Jackpot slip-ons. Not sure what that will do for the power? Hate to take them out though as I ride a lot and also take several long trips a year and don't like it real loud.

Come to think of it you guys better up those injectors to at least the 4.9'. Stock ain't going to cover either of you guys build.. my injector pulse width was maxed out in the higher RPMs with just my 103 build..

I already have an HPI 55/58 Max Flow and 5.3 injectors sitting here. one reason why I said my build will come out on top.
1.800 runners that Kirby is matching the ports to with that HPI as well.
It would be fun if we both dyno'd with the same tuner/dyno. A real test of the builds then. I'll lose a little to the balancer but...That's why I didn't go with a big hp cam. I can't rev past 6200 anyway.
I pulled out all the stops on this build. Right down to an S&S crank.
one other thing I'm doing is pushing it on compression. 10.9 - 11.0. Whatever it takes to get my cranking compression at 205 to 210psi with the 3cc domed CPs. I think 85cc chambers is right at 205. 84cc is closer to 210.

Fk you guys! You suck! Snowin' here right now. That's why this is happening in my dining room this time. Screw trying to heat the garage when it's -20! I **** you not. Table lift and all and I have a ceramic tile floor in there!

The injectors will hurt the most. The 50mm will too. And those mufflers, I really don't know. Peak torque might be ok. I have my doubts about how well they'll do up top tho.
I'm afraid those numbers might be a bit generous tbh.
Be interesting to see just how much tho. Might be surprised.
Most of it won't hurt you much til you get above like 5000rpm anyway really. Still be a fun ride.

Yeah I was going to do 1.760 but Kirby said 1.800 would be better so. He's the man. I didn't mean they were a big deal by themselves. Just that they match the ports.

This started out I was just doing the crank, a street port, port the stock 50mm, 4.9s, and keep the 570s. Got up one morning and said wtf...This is my last horrah. Might as well go for broke.

Wilburbill, your injectors are 4.3 stock tho right?. See mine were 3.91. 4.9 would've been enough so you're not that far off come to think of it.
