As for where to get these. You can find parts manuals for older bikes cheap on ebay. I do have one for my 2007. Ronnies Harley also has them online, last I looked a few months ago.

2001 Dyna's do not have a gasket as they are a different design. See Below.
However, the OP has a 2007 Dyna and there were design changes. There are always design changes.
Models and configurations change over the years and that is why it is useful to those asking questions to provide the correct information. Proper research and knowing what year and model the questions is coming from is useful.

Yes I was wrong
I just did a 2001, and did not realize they changed that much.
I even went looked at my 07, that I bought in 2007, and never realized it did not have hoses.
Not that Harley cares what I think, I like old design. Easier to work on.
Again I was wrong. I just worked on 5 speed. But have never pulled engine on 6 speed.
