Not sure about "steps" so that info is not accurate. Not interested in sending throttle body out for weeks to see if someone can make it work.
Bike also has street ported heads, 107" BB, Tman 590 cam. Work was done 3 years ago. I installed all the parts myself. Problem started intermittently last year...before I crashed it. Still have other problems to fix unfortunately. Might just not pay my mortgage and buy a 55mm HPI (priorities haha), or go with a $40 stock TB from eBay and hope for the best. Bike needs to be retuned again anyways. My sawicki speed pipe snapped (unrelated to accident) and they replaced it with their high output.
