Im not an expert buy any sense
However,
I dont think youll notice too much
Unless you went to
A lot higher compression
Cam upgrade
And head work
At that cc
Upgrade
I think you will notice
A nice upgrade with what you have already.
With A stage two cam upgrade
Exhaust upgrade
And then intake
air box upgrade
and tune with what
you have already
Just my opinion

Stock 114 is at 10.5:1 compression, stock 117 is at 10.25:1...most kits put over bores at 11:1, will you see corresponding differences, sure, nothing earth shattering. Stock 114 shares a cam designed first for the 107 so going to a 117 without a cam change will not give anything you're looking for. As mentioned, a stage 2 will be the biggest change, and then going to a 117 or stage 3 will give some extra but not the same big bang for the buck as the stage 2
Must be a buddy's take-off parts from a big bore upgrade? Hoping so, if you are actually spending the dough to do this new, I would look at other available options.
