I have a 2015 street bob with Vance and Hines slip ons, S&S teardrop air cleaner and 583 cams freshly installed.
I currently do not have a tuner. Curious whether or not I should swap out the slip ons and put a full exhaust system on and also if I need to get a tuner?
I don't plan on doing anymore mods in the future. Also curious if I get a tuner will I need to still have a dyno done or just do a dyno and have the dealer flash the ecm and skip getting a tuner? Any input is appreciated

Yes, the dealer can flash a tune, it won't be optimal and you'll be leaving power on the table. You could get a Tuner and get more power, and even more if you put it on a dyno with a Tuner.
No the dealer can NOT flash you a tune, without you buying a screamneagle pro street tuner and some labor, and the bike will still not run up to potential.
you are going to need a tuning product of some type.
my recommendation, do some homework and find a reputable tuning shop in your area and see about getting the bike in and professionally tuned. See what device the shop likes to use and inquire about the Dyno Jet tune licence program for Powervision.

So if I understand correctly, you put in cams without getting a tune for them? If that's the case you really need that tuner. Do that first, then worry about changing the exhaust.
Cams + Slip Ons + Air Cleaner (Stage II) = Tuner, nuf said.
have it put on the dyno as well? I'm completely new to tuners and all the research I've done has me confused on it all, so I apologize for that in advance
No need for a Dyno, the tuner manufacturer will probably have a ready made tune for your bike. Then do a couple of auto tune sessions and you will be running pretty good. Of course a Dyno will get it dialed in closer, but that depends on who is operating the Dyno.
