need help with my ccp

hey everyone im rob from australia can anyone give me advice what the $%k is going on . ive done a 103 to 107 top end upgrage bored out the stock barrells to 107 have not touched the stock heads that are 86cc running a 30 thou head gaskets cp corillo flat tops 10.25.1 -1.6 BHM107FT and running the woods 555 cams why am i getting 225 ccp on both cylinders ive had it profesionaly duno tuned by a top tuner hes got it running very nice no pinging at all on our top octane pump gas which is your 93 making 100hp and 115 ft the big boyz calculator says it should be at 198 ccp cam timing marks all lighn up any input will be greatly aprechiated thanks

I actually would have to agree, if you've got ni ping let it zing.
yhese calculators get you close, but sea level, pressure and humidity also play a part.

So, the only way to verify that a cam is installed correctly is to use a degree wheel and verify that events are happening at the time the manufacturer says they do. Just lining up the timing marks and calling it good doesn't always make it so. That is why they make crank or cam gears with the ability to advance or retard 2 or 4 degrees.
