Default heritage question

I have a 2006 flstsci heritage . sometimes it seems like the bike wants to cut out lower speeds and turns. it seems to want to cut out. battery good. not a consistent problem. bike never actually died. wiring seems solid, not sure if it;s a common problem or just an issue with my bike bought it used and only has 8500 miles on it now. no idiot light on the speedometer dial. not sure if in fact electrical or maybe something else.. Thanks

Or maybe electrical?

We would both need more info, like what mods, if any, were done to the bike.
