Yup, they sure do, I would change it at every lifter renewal or 5 years, whichever came first....they are very cheap.

my FLST is a 90 inch stroker and a bottom breather 7 years with a reed not a drop 30,000 miles

but i re route the hose over the oil tank just to help the sumping oil in the spring re start

cut the oil filter and it is full of really little black pieces, cant find anything big, i am thinking it got ground up, gonna douche it out change oil and put back together. Thanks for all the advice guys.

Oh boy! New tools, is that the Snap On version....I need that truck to stop for me, I never see tools until they have been out for awhile.

Had to work on house for momma so the bike sat for a few days apart, got her back together today, running good and quiet (quiet as an evo is) Thanks for the advice and guidance guys.
