Consider taking the book to kinko's and having them cut the binder portion OFF. They then can place 3 holes into the stack and it can be placed in a large three ring binder.
Much easier to turn pages, remove pages, copy pages, fax pages, take pictures of pages etc. Cost should be under $12

I like this, wife also has a laminating machine that I could laminate the pages.
Guess if I would have made it over to pick up the book I would of seen how many pages, well I have 5 boxes of the sleeves and 4 binders so I can go that route. It's a good time since its raining here now.
