Take a ride and find out if they are so bright they are annoying.
If not then I would say they do if so then they don't IMO.

Ya know, you make a good point. I changed the lens and the bulbs.
I know the old lens was kind of "melty" looking.........I think I'll put the white bulbs in and check the difference..... you smarty pants
