He had to keep doing the cold/warm start setup as for some reason it didn't want to stay working. Could have been some other reason also like a bad ecu or something else. He just didn't want to mess with it any longer.
Now he's running a 113" evo motor in it with and S&S "G" carb on it.. LOL.

I finally went on a ride long enough to get the engine heated up, adjusting the FI seems to have fixed the high idle problem. Even after the bike was heated up the idle remained 1000 rpms, no surging at all. Only time will tell, but right now I am happy with it.
