Default 90 tourglide handlebars.... mistake?

I ordered a set of 14" bagger apes for my tour glide. I know these are for newer bikes, I have my reasons for that. My question is... I got the bars with the bend in the rise because I thought bagger apes were all pretty much the same, but after looking at pics. of road glides with apes I see that most of them have straight rise bars. Did I totally botch this or will I still be ok? here is a link to the bars I ordered.... http://www.ebay.com/itm/14-APE-HANGE...ee0ce2&vxp=mtr The reason I went with the newer set up is because I am putting an updated audio system in and eliminating the cb and intercom. I figured it would be easier to marry a newer system to the newer controls since I can't find A way to link 1990 hand controls to more modern radio's. Any input or advise would be welcomed. I have installed a few sets of apes, but radio controls are virgin territory for me. Thanks

you can use those bars, but they'll look funny. there was a set on a project i bought. was setup like a road king with those bars and it's ugly!

no clue on the radio controls though.

FWIW the 16" bars I put on my bike I think are ugly.
However they are comfortable as hell so I don't really care!!!

You don't need that bend for a tour glide fairing...only need for a batwing...so you probably will not like how it looks.
