As for the Evo brake blues the solution is beyond simple and relatively cheap, pick up a set of dealer take off fork lowers and a caliper off of fleabay from the newer 4 puck bikes and swap them mine cost me $250 and a day to do the swap see the pic. Stops like a champ!
