What's that peg behind the oil tank? Looks like it might be for a little kid, but with the clevis at that angle, looks like it'd just fold back trying to use it.
Yeah it just needs to be turned around and have the lock nut tightened down.
The front jug comes off easily. The rear jug however takes a little finagling. As tman says move the pistons down a bit.

Once you take the heads off there is a lot of room. The cylinders aren't that tall.
