Not sure about the turn around time, Didn' ask. I'm sure I'll be on the road in about 3 wks....
And Schex Yes I do believe the rear intake was slightly tapping the valve pocket. It was pretty clean in that area but I could not see and indication on the valves but Scott will check them for me, I do know that the lifter for that valve was the valve that collapsed. Have to have the valve seats moved up another .020" int the combustion chamber and that should take care of it. also going to confirm 83 cc chambers.
Question all?
What do you think of my new rim's and floating rotors, Also have matching 1" drive pulley?

Those rims were the 1st thing I noticed when I opened the pics. Very sharp looking! I likey a lot. Where did you get them? What are they called?

Thanx, I got them from southern motorcycle works they are a machine shop in Ardmore Oklahoma. I upgraded the rotors and pulley. The front is a 19x3 w/120/70zr/19 Metzler 880 that bolted perfectly, just had to get 1 new 7/16" axle spacer and the rear is 16x3.5 w/150/80w/16 had to get 2 new axle spacers. What your looking at is the mock up. I did have to send the rear hub back to have remachined. The hub was 3/8" too wide. No biggie. Just sent that back today. Here's their link. http://www.southern-mc.com/bllawhset.html
I think the quality was Very good and the are a 3 piece wheel cnc billet aluminum. I will repost when I get some miles on them..
