Funnily enough, I was reading an S&S article and in it they were saying that one of the main sources of the vibration were imbalance in the weight of the small ends, which balancing should look at and address.
The additional Dyna vibration is likely something else. It's a "known" issue now.
I would not worry about the "no Evo mention". A non-bike shop could do it, there may be a crank specialist near you. The Evos are easier due to be being bolted together rather than pressed.
But know it should be cheaper too. Consider T&O too.
