No start
What would cause my 93 Fatboy to not start even though it's been hooked up to a battery tender

Check the voltage at the green wire on your starter when you hit the start button.
It should be full battery voltage when the start button is held down.

Then run a 20 amp fused wire from your positive battery post to pin 30 on your starter relay.

See above ^ or just replace your starter relay to see, they are cheep and can be found at most auto part stores, take in you old one with you too.

old is he battery , would have the battery load tested, also check to make sure all batterty cables are tight and clean
