No idea but you cut out what the cylinders say at the base because of the shift rod. It almost looks as if the numbers have been painted over. Anyway, it's a great looking bike
Interesting bike, which a PO has had some fun with. The tank is actually off an '87 IIRC, celebrating the Centenary of the Statue of Liberty. My tourpak below came off one, which a heathen broke up to customise! I'm not sure those cylinders are stock, what is written across the base of them, behind the shifter rod?

Mmmmmm! The number "N10USA96" suggests to me they were made in 1996, so may be over-size, such as an 85" conversion kit, which gives increased CR hence performance.
The timer cover in your photo is actually the inner cover, the outer cover is missing, normally held on with rivets in the upper and lower holes.
Evos don't have the same scope to increase capacity as the twincams. They are actually 82" when new and an 85" 'kit' is simply max rebore size. Longer stroke cranks are available, which with stock bore give 89", but using them with larger bore cylinders is dependent on suitable pistons being available and I haven't come across them.

You can either fit the "stock" cover which attaches to your inner cover with blind rivets in the two existing holes, or you could get any of a number of more "decorative" two-hole timer covers which would replace your inner cover altogether (you might need to source new screws to fit the new cover).
