Got a 200 on the back of my 83 with the 20mm belt...no primary offset.
Had to machine a pulley to make it work...using a softail wheel.
I've seen your build, nice job! I'm using an enforcer wheel and stock pulley for the enforcer. Haven't gotten the belt to see if it's all gonna work yet. If I have to I'll do some modifications to the pulley.
Been a while since I had an update. Everything is at paint and now I had to get it on wheels so I can take the bike to my painter so he can line up the graphics from the side covers to the bags.
had tons of other house hold projects to work on so I stepped away from this for a bit. Takes time but it'll get done sooner or later!
Took the old girl to the painter today so he could line up paint stripes from the side covers to the bags. I even picked up the fenders from him. Came out great! He has to paint the tank to match the rest of the parts now because it was off because good old CVO colors never have a paint code. Regardless, I'm very happy and can't wait to see it all together.
Still going to be a while because now I've decided to pull the engine and do a cam and who knows what else over the winter. I've gone this far I might as well keep going. Hopefully will be finished by next riding season. At least I have another bike to ride while this one is getting finished up.
You can't use the original switches with the new master, the newer master has a bigger diaphragm and wont allow it to set properly and they changed the the location of the brake light switch and what activates it, I just changed in mine over last year. Wasn't too bad I cut the newer connector off amd soldered on the old style and it works great
