2005 Road King. Apparently, the HD combination gauges cannot be installed without having a working set of gauges. This is such a pain in the ... When I part breaks, upgrade if you can right? What's HD thinking? Well, I mean like, these bikes these days run forever. They could have designed the fraud defense without requiring people with breakdowns to have to suffer ridiculous frustrating procedures to get the odometer back in order.

 

You would probably get better results asking your question in the touring forum.
Over here in EVO land it is the easiest thing in the world to change speedometers.

Trust me, I'm sure I posted in there. lol. This is one of those issues where failure seems to be by design. The shops are all a few weeks out. I need it now! lol
