Just got a hellofa deal ona HD Swingarm Bag for my 1997 Fatboy. Checking the HD site is says it fits 2000 and up? I'm sure i can make it work. Did something change in the rear end?

 

you may have to tweak it but I doubt you have any problem. there are write ups on using the belt guard bolt holes an some spacers an big washers to mount it without using the straps. I mounted a few an if they didn't line up I just made an offset on the mount by drilling holes or using a metal strip with holes I drilled.

 

I made a mount for this bag...I had to take my triangle shaped bag off when I went to the dual's .
