Thank you. And the lenses arrived. But the genius sent me 4 red lenses, instead of the 4 clear I ordered. Why would anyone order 4 red lenses? Sigh. Annoying.
Rockers were weeping oil a bit, so it was a perfect excuse/opportunity to toss a cam in considering I could stick with the fixed pushrods that I much prefer over adjustables. Went with a SE-3 because it’s specs are almost identical to the Andrews 27, and it was sure to fit the stock pushrods. Upgraded to feuling lifters, a Torrington cam bearing and a S&S breather gear.
Once done, they’re bringing it to a local performance shop for a dyno/rejet. I’m hoping to get back on the road Wed or Thurs...
I was going to take a bunch of photos, but I got talking to the guys at the shop and lost track of that.. so I only got two.
