From what I can find, it looks like a Crane FireBall cam. 6th from the top.
I had a Crane "316-2B" Fireball cam (4th from the top,) in my Evo for 20+ years, covering >100,000 miles. Great grind.
Really "came alive" at about 3200 RPM and pulled nicely to 5500. Very docile below 2800RPM.
This was in an EVO that was "stage" 1 w/cam/lifters/push rods/rockers. Bike ran great for me. The original cam ate the bearings at 24,000 miles, then I installed the Crane. This was on a 1995 FXD. Crane has since gone outa business, unfortunately.
