Ordered up new S&S cases and should be here any day. I've been having way to many issues with Main seal leaks and vibrations in the motor. My 2 front inner primary bolts keep coming out no matter what I use to lock them in and my tail light broke off the mounts as well as the rear fender cracking on both side of the rear strut bolts... If you guys remember, my Crank pin sheared a couple of years go and we tried to save the cases but it didn't hold and at this point in time it looks like money down the drain. Should've done the cases then... Spoke with a good friend and I'll be taking the motor down to the cases myself and will make the trip to his shop where we'll balance the wheels and do the install into the cases together.. Soon my motor will be all S&S... LOL.... Maybe I should've bought a 111"er years ago.... I'll try to do a step by step on the balancing and install if I can.. It will be a learning process for me on the balancing and should be a real knowledge builder. Iv'e watched many video's on the process and have some knowledge in doing it but not all. It's the only repair I have not attempted on a harley... will update as the process moves forward.....
You will have the cases and heads to hold a 106" what's holding you back? Your going to be bored with that little motor at the end of next season anyway, spend spend spend!
Had to edit and add: Axtell cylinders added on = 106" spend spend spend! my friend
