Default STIFF clutch lever

I installed a new Barnett diaphragm spring, and new clutch line last fall before I stored her. Lever is STIFF as a wedding night D--k! Any suggestions?

That is the source of your stiffness.
Go back to an OEM diaphragm spring and you will be fine.
If you really like the Barnett you can buy a ball and ramp set up that has shallower ramps that help a bit.

Check for dry or bent cable first.

If he rides his bike he will get all the hand exercises he needs just operating the clutch.
