Hi,
We believe you are too lean on the intermediate jet ...the Super E is kinda small ...(as stated before ) cuz the velocity is too high with the small carb ...(pulling way too much air at low throttle opening ) so the motor IS actually running out of fuel ...you should try a 33 ...but then the next is a 36 ...(as adjusting the mix screw will not help this problem )(the smaller carb may work for them up north(thin air) ,but at sea level you may need the Super G ) we've had too actually drill 34 and 35's from smaller jets to tune some motors properly ...( the accel pump will make the plugs look richer than it is ) ...Big motors ...want more fuel !!! hope this helps good luck ...

Ya, with a G slowing down velocity can allow the air screw to become more of a player also, have a bored throat and the air screw can move AFR's around with no problems slowing down to a stop but running 33, anything smaller the engine wouldn't recover fast enough when slowing down and taking back off

None of the replacement parts seemed to make a difference. So I started playing with jets.
I installed a .33 intermediate and that cured all my off idle hesitation and hinting that the bike was doing. I literally just got back from a ride for about five miles and she did not stall out on me but it wasnt really far enough to tell as of yet. I am going to ride her in the morning and see. It might even be worth trying out a 34 intermediate. I did drop my main down to a 76 and now she seems to pull better top end.
If she continues to stall I am going to try and take video of her doing it to aide in the process
well, she still cuts out. I rode her to work today and pulled the plugs. Plugs are black and obviously too rich Looks like I still have an air leak somewhere. Back to the drawing board
Checked the intake seals with propane when I got home. Those don't seem to be leaking and I checked the outputs on the throttle shaft with propane. Those don't seem to be leaking either. I am beginning to think it's ignition related and this bikes hates the Dyna S which seems unlikely.
If it's in the ignition system then you would have seen a change when I sent you the compu-fire. Did you install the whole ignition?
I did not swap the ignition system. Just the advance. The one you sent me is a single fire and I am running a dual fire Dyna s. I tried calling around to my buddies for a coil to work with the compu fire (single fire) but nobody had one to lend me. I didn't want to buy a single fire could just to try it, when I was contemplating getting a whole new system
I was just thinking about this. Being things are somewhat electronic in the ignition area,..... does anybody think that a leaking cam seal letting a little oil past, could be my issue?
The cam seal leaks a little bit leading oil into the ignition area. Could it be covering up the pickups?
