I picked up a 97 ultra. Actually I took it in trade for money owed. I am planning to sell it. The front right turn sig doesn't light but will flash (along with the rear) when activated. The front left turn sig lights but front and rear will not flash when activated. The rear will illuminate when activated. I've replaced the bulbs. My question(s) Is this a bad flasher? Bad switch? Will a bad switch effect both sides? Thanks for any help/suggestions.

 

Wire feeding it going directly to ground, or a short to ground somewhere along the route? I realize the hazards are working, but mine did too and it turned out to be the wire feeding it had a short to ground.
