94 Harley Springer... Replaced OEM transmission pulley/sprocket with Andrews T32 stock replacement while replacing drive belt, seals, etc. Noticed transmission fluid leaking. Removed outer and inner primary cases. Tried removing Andrews transmission pulley/sprocket but will not budge. [No the mainshaft inner bearing race does not have to be removed since the opening on the transmission pulley/sprocket allows it to slip over this race.] I would really appreciate some advise on how to get this transmission pulley/sprocket off of the maindrive shaft.. that is my only problem. Tried using a deadblow hammer but it won't budge... thank you for your help...

I too have replaced mine w/an Andrews,Thats good to know, mine kept coming loose on its own. Lol. Good advice use a puller.
Maybe it's the angle of the picture, but those teeth just don't look right. Did the pulley slide on easily when you installed it? Aren't those two holes for the lock plate, and not for a puller?

Yes, the holes are for the screws that fasten the lockplate.

I sorta got the same impression when I looked at it a few days ago (but was hoping for an optical illusion). If that pulley is trying to strip - pulley splines trying to climb shaft splines, that would explain "stuck."
When did you install the Andrews pulley.. how many miles on it? Cause it does look like a mismatch of the shaft and pulley splines.. Like it's worn....
