MAC page says they've been discontinued.

Finally had time to try and remove the plugs.
Removed the one in the primary by tapping in a T40.
Took some time, but worked quite well.

The one in the tranny was a bit trickier.
Looked like a previous owner already had been down this road, so I had to carefully drill the plug a bit and then tap in a T45.
Didn't work at first and it started to shear, so I tapped it back in along with a bit of coarse sandpaper and that did the trick.

Now, which grade of oil should I use where?

I hope you bought a couple new drain plugs before reassembly.

I bought new ones ever before I tried to take them out.

The old ones are WAY past reuse.
