Something I didn't know... but will look... I know about the FXR thing...and Folks will tell you that one is impossible also, and therefor Require the hole... But, Most I see don't have it... ie, no Shadetree mechanics been at it..dealeships included..

So you're telling us you put a 180 on there with no other modifications?

The easiest thing to do is to change the oil and filter, put 500 miles on it and change oil and filter again. That's just for peace of mind because your EVO engine won't have a sludge problem.

The response was the stock swingarm needed to be changed for a 180, it doesn't.

I run an 18 x 5.5. Fender horns were cut and widened, narrower belt (20mm or ~ 3/4"), and narrower pulley.

sooo... with all the things that i have to do to this bike ive decided to change a few things . im going to put a FL fender on the back . im pretty sure i have that sorted out . i want to put a taller tire on the front . like a 23" or a 26" . it seems like a 2" lowering kit will make room for the 23" , but how would i make room for the 26" . the trail would be different . what would the affect on the steering be ?
any thoughts
