Sorry for all the questions on this bike, but I have no way of contacting the previous owner, so I don't know what has, or hasn't been done on this bike. This is the air cleaner that is on the bike. I know it is HD, but is it from OEM/Stock or Stage 1? Bike is a 1998 Ultra.
Thats the stock air cleaner. Are the rivets still on the points cover? Thats a good sign something has been done .but not all the time.
Could easily check the pushrods .if adjustables are used, then you more than likely have a different cam. If solids are used .its probably factory, but not all the time.
If the fuel injectors are red .then its definitely not stock.
You could find someone with a scanalyzer or take it to the dealer and let them connect your bike to Harley. This tells if the ECM is factory or has been reflashed to performance upgrades.
No way to tell what cam you have till the nose cone is removed. I wouldnt do that just to check.

Thank you. I probably need to take it to the dealer. I did take a couple of pics.
